Shipping & Returns
This is a preliminary policy – review and adjust it to match what you actually commit to.
Delivery
- Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia): within 1-3 business days.
- Other governorates: 3-7 business days via a shipping company.
- Free shipping within Greater Cairo for orders over EGP 8,000.
- Heavy equipment (chairs and dental units): the delivery and installation date is agreed separately.
- Showroom pickup: free at any time during business hours.
Payment
- Cash on delivery.
- InstaPay, e-wallet or bank transfer – the order ships once the transfer is confirmed.
- Heavy equipment may require a down payment before delivery and installation.
Returns and Exchanges
- Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Sterile or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Devices that arrive damaged are replaced immediately.
