These terms govern purchases from Sham Dent. By completing an order you agree to them.

Orders and Confirmation

After you submit an order we call you on your mobile number to confirm the details and the delivery date. An order is not considered confirmed before this call.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and cover the product only; delivery fees are added at checkout.
Payment is cash on delivery, or by InstaPay, e-wallet or bank transfer.
Heavy equipment may require a down payment before the delivery and installation date is scheduled.
The applicable price is the price at the time the order is confirmed.

Warranty

New equipment carries the agent’s or importer’s warranty; its duration is stated on each product page.
The warranty covers manufacturing and operating defects; it does not cover misuse, installation by another party, or damage caused by electrical faults.
Consumables carry no warranty once the package has been opened.

Exchanges and Returns

You may refuse the order, or any part of it, on delivery before payment at no charge.
After delivery: a device may be exchanged within 3 days if it arrived with a manufacturing defect, provided it is in its original condition with all accessories.
Consumables cannot be returned after the package has been opened, for sterilization reasons.

Repairs

We inspect the device first and inform you of the cost before starting any repair. No repair begins without your approval. Repair work carries a 3-month warranty on the same fault.
